KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

As an Office Administrator at Geosys Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd., You will be the first point of contact for customers, Clients and Employees. You will contribute towards shaping their impression of Geosys Enterprise Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and own their first experience with us. You will also drive day to day administrative responsibilities enabling our members to experience a seamless working environment, free of all maintenance issues.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Responsible for maintaining records of people moving in and out of the organisation.
  • Owner of maintaining all office supplies like Stationery, Communication Devices etc.
  • Receive,redirect and maintain all incoming correspondence, including couriers, vendors, bills etc.
  • Retrieve, communicate and update all the invoice details every month.
  • Supervise Housekeeping operations with in the organisation.
  • Provide back-end support to the employees with in the organisation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:

  • Any bachelor's degree/ Diploma.
  • At least 1 year Experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Superior interpersonal and listening skills – pleasant, approachable, and patient.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Should have driving license either 2 Wheeler or 4 Wheeler and should be willing to drive as and when required
  • Should be well Organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to work on MS Office/ Google Suite Products.
  • Perform operational activities.
  • Handle all incoming calls.
  • Learn and comply with established policies, standards and procedures with in the organisation.
  • Provides excellent customer service through asking open ended questions to determine the needs.
  • Controls cash, cheques, etc. with in the Organisation.
  • Connect and build rapport by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions which cater to the needs.
  • Deliver reliable solutions to our customers with a sense of urgency and sound judgment.
  • Be at ease working in a structured and goal-oriented environment (sales, calls, quality, customer retention).
